Getting started
What happens after I create an account?
You confirm your email, complete platform legal onboarding (Terms, Privacy, DPA, and controller responsibility), then land on Overview with the setup wizard. The wizard walks you through your name, business name, opening hours, and optional location before you customize your form and share your link.
Why must I accept legal documents before customers can book?
Klarte is a processor; you are the data controller for customer bookings. Platform legal onboarding confirms you accept the Terms of Service, platform privacy notice, Data Processing Agreement, and your responsibilities as controller. Until this is complete, public visitors see “Booking temporarily unavailable”.
Why am I stuck on the setup wizard?
The wizard on Overview stays until required steps are done: first name (Profile), business name, and opening hours (weekly schedule or at least one open exception). Location is optional. Until you finish, most dashboard pages redirect back to Overview — Help Center is always available.
What are the setup wizard steps?
In order: welcome, your name, business name, opening hours, and location (optional). Each step links to the right place in Settings or Overview. Progress is saved automatically; you can return later from Overview.
Can I have more than one booking form?
Yes on Start — up to 5 forms per account, with no upgrade. Use the business dropdown in the sidebar and choose “New Booking”. Each form has its own public link, steps, hours, analytics, and settings.
How do I create a second booking form?
Open the business dropdown at the top of the sidebar → “New Booking”. Start includes up to 5 forms. The new form starts with default steps and its own 6-character public ID.
Someone invited me to their dashboard — what is that?
Team access (Vekst plan) lets another Klarte user open your booking form in their dashboard with permissions you choose — Customize, Calendar, Analytics, Business details, or Privacy policy. They sign in with their own account; they never get your password.
What does a collaborator see in the dashboard?
Only pages you granted. Calendar-only hides Customize and Analytics. They always have their own Profile tab. Subscription, Domain, and Access management stay with the form owner. Plan limits (Free vs paid) follow the owner’s subscription.
What can I do on the Free plan before upgrading?
Start includes up to 5 booking forms, one service option, and up to 0 bookings per 30-day usage window. Customize, Calendar, Analytics, and embed are locked until Basis ($NOK 399/mo) or Vekst ($NOK 799/mo). You can still complete setup, edit profile, and use Help Center.
Where do I find help inside the product?
Open Help Center in the sidebar. Browse FAQ by category or search questions. For more help, email hjelp@klarte.no — we reply to the email on your account (Settings → Profile).
Overview
What does the Overview page show?
Your home base: setup wizard progress (until complete), quick links to Customize, Calendar, Analytics, and Access, plus optional highlights when you have traffic or bookings. Use it to see what still needs attention after signup.
How do I preview my booking page before going live?
From Overview or Customize, open “Preview booking page”. Preview loads your real form with ?preview=1 so you can test steps and slots. Customers still see “Booking temporarily unavailable” until you complete platform legal onboarding.
How do I make my booking page live for customers?
Complete platform legal onboarding (linked after signup or from Settings → Legal). Finish the setup wizard essentials: name, business name, and opening hours. Share your public link from Customize — no separate “Publish” toggle exists.
Why does the dashboard keep sending me back to Overview?
The setup gate runs until required wizard steps are done. While incomplete, Calendar, Customize, Analytics, and other pages redirect to Overview so you finish profile, business name, and hours first. Help Center is exempt.
What is the business dropdown in the sidebar?
It switches between your booking forms. Each entry is one form with its own settings and analytics. “New Booking” creates another form (up to 5 on Start). Rename or delete forms from the ⋮ menu on each row.
Can I delete a booking form?
Yes — open the business dropdown, click ⋮ on the form, and choose delete. This removes the form, its bookings data, and public link permanently. You must keep at least one form.
Customize booking
What booking steps can I add?
Service choice (prices and durations), multiple choice, free-text input, date & time, and contact info. Date/time and contact are required — Klarte adds them automatically if missing. Maximum 10 steps per form.
Can I reorder booking steps?
Yes in Customize → Form draft. Drag steps to change order. Required steps (date/time and contact) must remain in the flow. Preview on laptop, tablet, or mobile before sharing.
How do service prices and durations work?
In a Service choice step, set price and optional cost per option. Duration controls slot length on the calendar. Free plan: 1 service option. Basis/Vekst: up to 10 options per service step. Price can be shown to customers; cost is private. Optional card collection (Off, Prepay, or Pay after) lives in the same Pricing panel after you connect Stripe under Payments.
Why can I only add one service on Free?
Free plan limits each Service choice step to one option. Upgrade to Basis or Vekst for up to 10 options per step and up to 10 steps total. Existing options beyond the limit are read-only until you upgrade.
How do multiple choice questions work?
Add a Multiple choice step with up to 10 options (200 characters per label). Customers pick one answer by default. Turn on several choices when more than one option can be selected. An option can have a price and label, for example “+50 kr” or “Free”. The amount is added to the service price, and payment follows the service. Answers appear in booking details and exports.
Can I ask customers for free-text answers?
Yes — add an Input step with a custom label (e.g. “Anything we should know?”). Text is stored with the booking and visible in Calendar and exports. Keep labels short; step titles max 120 characters.
How do I embed the booking form on my website?
Customize → “Embed on your site”. Copy the iframe or script snippet. The script loads your live booking page in a responsive frame. Requires Basis or Vekst — Free shows an upgrade prompt.
Where is my public booking link?
Customize → “Copy link”. URL format: /book/XXXXXX (6-character public ID). Share directly, use embed code, or create tracked links in Analytics. Vekst adds pretty slug (/book/your-business) and custom domain.
Can I customize confirmation emails?
The confirmation email layout is fixed. Settings → Notify has one field for the note after the booking summary (for example arrival and cancellation timing). Max 220 characters.
What tokens can I use in emails?
The confirmation note in Settings → Notify is plain text. The rest of the confirmation email is fixed.
Can I edit reminder email text?
Reminder wording is fixed. Timing is set in Settings → Notify. The confirmation-email note is edited in the same place.
What are privacy and marketing consent checkboxes?
Privacy consent is required to book. Marketing consent is optional; when declined, detailed journey analytics (step timing, visitor mix) are not stored. Legal policy core lives in Settings → Legal.
What is the submit footer in Customize?
The confirmation note is edited in Settings → Notify. The privacy policy link always points to your controller policy (core + supplement from Settings → Legal).
How do I preview mobile vs desktop layout?
Customize → Preview tab. Switch laptop, tablet, or mobile frames to see how steps render. Preview uses the same form as customers but does not bypass legal onboarding for public visitors.
Are Customize changes saved automatically?
Form draft edits save when you confirm each step or field change in the editor. Use Preview to verify before sharing. There is no separate publish step — live public page reflects saved steps immediately once legal onboarding is complete.
Calendar
Which calendar views are available?
Day, week, and month views. Click a booking to see details, change status, cancel, add internal notes, or mark no-show (as a cancellation reason after end time). Closed hours from your schedule show as a striped background.
How do I add a booking manually?
Calendar → “Add booking”. Pick date/time, service, and contact details, then save. Manual bookings follow the same confirmation emails as online bookings when notifications are enabled. Requires Basis or Vekst.
What do pending, confirmed, and completed mean?
Pending: upcoming appointment. Completed: past or marked done. Cancelled: inactive — manage link stops working. Filter Analytics by completed only to exclude pending/cancelled from revenue charts.
Can bookings auto-complete after the appointment?
Yes — Settings → Custom → “Enable automatic status after appointment end”. Choose Completed (default) or keep Pending. Runs based on appointment end time and your form timezone.
How do I cancel a booking from the calendar?
Open the booking → Cancel. Choose a reason: no-show (only after end time), mistake, schedule conflict, different time, or other (500 chars). Cancelled bookings cannot be re-opened — add a new booking instead.
How do I mark a customer as no-show?
After the appointment end time, cancel the booking and select “The customer didn't show up”. This records no-show as the cancellation reason for your records and analytics.
What is a late cancellation flag?
When someone cancels or changes the appointment time or service inside your cancellation notice window (Settings → Custom: Immediately, no deadline, or 1–72 hours, default 24), Calendar flags it as late. Immediately flags every such change. Changing only contact details or form answers is not flagged.
Where do I set opening hours and exceptions?
Settings → Custom (per booking form). Set weekly hours, timezone, and exception dates (closed days or special hours). The public page only offers slots inside open hours and respects slot length, gaps, and advance booking limits.
Why are some time slots missing on the calendar?
Slots come from opening hours minus existing bookings and max simultaneous bookings (if set). Slot length and gap between slots are in Settings → Custom. Service duration must fit inside an open window.
What are bookings at the same time?
Settings → Custom → “Bookings at the same time”. Choose Unlimited, or a number from 1 to 20. The number is how many appointments can happen at once. New online bookings are rejected when the cap is reached.
Can I add private notes to a booking?
Yes — open a booking in Calendar and add internal notes. Notes are staff-only and never shown to the customer on the public manage page or in their emails.
When are reminder emails sent?
Enable in Settings → Custom → Email reminder, set hours before appointment (1–168, default 24). Reminders run on a schedule via Klarte’s cron — very new bookings may send slightly after the ideal time. Requires valid business email.
Analytics
What does the Analytics page show?
Visits, bookings, completion rate, estimated earnings, device mix, when clients book (heatmap), top services, tracking link performance, step timing, session duration, and auto-generated insights. Requires Basis or Vekst.
Which date ranges can I use?
Presets: 7, 30, or 90 days. Custom range is supported up to a 90-day lookback. The activity chart lets you brush a sub-range to focus KPIs on specific days.
What traffic data does Analytics track?
Page visits per booking form, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), first vs returning visitors, and traffic from UTM-tagged links you create. Visit counts require customers to opt in to marketing analytics on the booking form.
What is completion rate?
Percentage of started booking sessions that finish with a submitted booking in the selected period. Use it with Time per step and Back navigation to find where visitors drop off — e.g. a long service list or contact step.
What is Time per step?
Average seconds visitors spend on each booking step. Only collected when the customer accepts marketing analytics consent. High times on one step suggest confusion or too many options.
How are “Earnings” and “Gross earnings” calculated?
Net earnings (main KPI) = service price minus optional cost on each booking. Gross earnings = full customer-facing prices before costs. These are estimates from prices you enter in Customize — not ledger amounts. Filter “Completed bookings only” to exclude pending/cancelled. Bookings without a price count as zero. Amounts are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
What is average lead time?
Median days between booking submission and appointment date. Helps you see how far ahead clients plan — useful for staffing and reminder timing.
How do traffic links and UTM tags work?
On Komplett: Analytics → Create link (up to 10 custom links plus the main link). Name each link (80 chars max), share in ads or social posts, and Klarte attributes visits and bookings to that source. Compare Instagram vs email campaigns.
What are Analytics insights?
Auto-generated tips based on your data — e.g. low completion on a step or strong earnings from a service. Archive insights you have acted on; restore from the archive if needed.
What does “Completed bookings only” filter do?
When enabled, KPIs and charts count only completed appointments — excluding pending and cancelled. Useful for revenue and service mix that should reflect finished visits only.
What does the “When clients book” heatmap show?
Day-of-week and hour-of-day when bookings are submitted. Darker cells mean more bookings. Use it to adjust staffing or ad scheduling.
Why is Page visits zero but I have bookings?
Visit tracking requires marketing analytics consent. Customers who decline still book, but visits and funnel metrics stay empty. Manual calendar bookings also do not add page visits.
Settings — Profile & Security
How do I change my name or email?
Settings → Profile. Edit first/last name (50 chars each). Email change requires your password and, if enabled, a 2FA code. A confirmation link is sent to the new address — the change applies only after you confirm.
How does account deletion work?
Settings → Profile → Delete account. Your data is kept 30 days — sign in again to recover. After 30 days, deletion is permanent: all forms, bookings, analytics, and team access are removed.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Settings → Security → enable 2FA and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.). Enter the 6-digit code at each login. Required for sensitive changes like email updates when 2FA is on.
How long before I am signed out automatically?
Default idle timeout is 30 minutes of inactivity, with a warning 5 minutes before logout. Allow cookies and local storage — blocking them can cause immediate sign-out. View active sessions in Settings → Security when available.
How do I change my password?
Use the account recovery flow from the login page if you forgot it. When signed in, sensitive actions (email change) verify your current password. There is no separate “change password” field in Settings — use recovery or contact support.
Can collaborators change the owner’s profile?
No. Collaborators only edit their own Profile (name, email, security). Business, subscription, and domain settings belong to the form owner.
Settings — Business & rules
What belongs in Business details settings?
Settings → Business: business name, contact email, reporting currency, timezone (auto-detect or manual), and address (line, postal code, city). These appear in confirmation emails, {brand} token, and privacy policy placeholders.
Are booking rules per form or per account?
Per booking form — Settings → Custom switches with the form selected in the sidebar. Hours, slot length, reminders, and cancellation rules are independent for each form. Business name/email in Settings → Business is account-wide.
What is default slot length?
Settings → Custom → Default slot length: 5–480 minutes in steps of 5, default 45. Service step durations can override per appointment. Gap between slots: 0–120 minutes.
How far ahead can customers book?
Settings → Custom → Advance booking window: 1–365 days (default 365). Minimum notice before booking: 0–168 hours — e.g. 2 hours prevents same-day last-minute slots if you need prep time.
What is cancellation / change notice?
Settings → Custom. Immediately flags every customer change as late, so a prepayment stays until you refund it. No deadline refunds in full. Otherwise 1–72 hours (default 24): changes inside the window are flagged as late on Calendar. The action is not blocked.
Can customers see appointment end time?
Settings → Custom → toggle “Show appointment end time”. When on, confirmation and calendar show start and end based on service duration.
Which timezone should I pick?
Settings → Business → timezone for your business location. Opening hours and slot generation use this zone. Wrong timezone causes slots to appear at unexpected local times for you and customers.
What is reporting currency?
Settings → Business → the currency shown in Analytics and on service prices. Stripe charges your customers in that same currency. Platform reports convert each amount to NOK at the ECB rate for the day.
Settings — Legal & privacy
Who is the data controller for customer data?
You (the business) are the controller. Klarte is the processor hosting the booking tool. Your optional supplement in Settings → Legal appears alongside Klarte’s locked core policy text shown to bookers.
How do I edit my privacy policy text?
Settings → Legal → Policy supplement (up to 8000 characters). Core legal text is read-only. Preview the combined policy before saving. Bookers see controller = your business name, not Klarte.
How long is booking data kept?
Settings → Legal → Retention: 6, 12, 24 (default), 36, 48, or 60 months. After retention, personal data on completed/cancelled bookings is anonymized automatically. Export via DSAR assist before if needed.
What if a customer emails me a data request?
Point them to the privacy link in their confirmation email (self-service portal). For manual requests, use Settings → Legal → DSAR assist: search by email, then Download JSON (access) or Delete data (when they cannot use the link). UI states a 30-day reply obligation. Badge alerts for requests needing attention.
Where is the Data Processing Agreement?
Accepted during platform legal onboarding and linked from Settings → Legal alongside Terms, Platform privacy, Cookie policy, and Sub-processors list. Required before public booking is allowed.
What happens if a customer declines marketing consent?
Booking still works. Klarte does not store detailed journey analytics (step timing, visitor mix, page visits) for that session. Required privacy consent is separate and must be accepted to book.
When does automatic anonymization run?
After your chosen retention period in Settings → Legal. Personal fields on old completed/cancelled bookings are stripped on a scheduled job. Active upcoming bookings are not anonymized until after they end and age out.
Domain & public links
How do custom domains work?
Vekst plan: Settings → Domain. Enter a host like book.yourbusiness.com, add the DNS records shown (CNAME/A), then verify. DNS can take up to 48 hours. Visitors book on your domain instead of the default Klarte URL.
What is a pretty Klarte link?
Vekst plan: Settings → Domain → set a short public slug (e.g. klarte.no/your-name) that redirects to your booking form. Works alongside or instead of the 6-character ID link until custom domain is verified.
How do I remove a custom domain or slug?
Settings → Domain → remove or clear the field and save. Public link reverts to the default /book/XXXXXX URL. Remove DNS records at your registrar to avoid dangling pointers.
Is HTTPS included on custom domains?
Yes — after DNS verification succeeds, Klarte provisions SSL for your booking host. Until verification completes, keep using the default link or pretty slug.
What is the 6-character booking ID?
Each form gets a unique public_id in its URL (/book/ABC123). It never changes unless you create a new form. Safe to print on QR codes and business cards.
Team access
How do I invite someone to help manage bookings?
Access page (Vekst plan) → enter email → choose permissions → send invite. They receive email, sign in with their Klarte account, and accept. Max 3 collaborators per booking form.
What permissions can I grant?
Customize, Calendar, Analytics, Business details (hours/rules), and Privacy policy — any combination. Team access management, Subscription, and Domain stay owner-only.
Can I give someone calendar-only access?
Yes — enable only Calendar when inviting. They see Calendar and their Profile; Customize, Analytics, and most Settings tabs are hidden. Useful for front-desk staff.
What does a pending invitation mean?
The invite email was sent but not yet accepted. They must log in (or register) and accept from the invitation link. You can revoke pending invites from Access.
How do I remove someone’s access?
Access → open their row → Revoke access. They immediately lose dashboard access to that form. Re-invite anytime if you need them back.
Can collaborators set a display name?
Yes — collaborators can set a personal label (max 100 chars) shown in the shared workspace so you know who made calendar changes.
Why is Access locked for me?
Team access requires Vekst (NOK 799/mo). Basis and Free show upgrade prompts. Collaborators on a Vekst owner’s form use the owner’s plan features for that form.
Payments
Do I have to take card payments?
No. Payments are optional. Bookings work as usual until you connect Stripe under Payments and turn on Prepay or Pay after for a service in Customize → Pricing.
How do I start receiving payments?
Open Payments in the sidebar. Choose your country, start setup, and complete identity (KYC) and bank details in the Stripe form on that page. Klarte does not store card or KYC documents — Stripe does.
What is Prepay vs Pay after?
Off (default) does nothing — customers book as usual with no card step. Prepay sends them to Stripe Checkout; the appointment is only confirmed after they pay. If they leave Checkout, it is not booked. Pay after books as usual; the payment email is sent when the visit is marked Completed — by you in Calendar, or automatically after the end time if Settings → automatic status after appointment end is set to Completed (that runs in the same cron as reminder emails).
How do I refund a customer?
If they cancel a prepaid appointment with at least your cancellation-notice hours remaining, Stripe refunds the full Prepay automatically. Inside that window, turn on Keep a late-cancel fee on Prepay in Settings (off by default): they are refunded what they paid minus that fee, never below zero. By default the fee applies only to cancellations — changing time or service is refunded in full. Turn on Also keep the fee on late time or service changes if a late rebook should keep the same fee. With the fee off, a late Prepay stays paid until you refund from Payments or Calendar. You can always refund the rest yourself. You are the seller; Klarte is not a party to the payment.
Subscription & billing
What is the difference between Free, Basis, Vekst, and Komplett?
Free: unlimited bookings on Start, analytics, calendar, email reminders, embed, and up to 5 booking forms. Basis (NOK 399/mo): lower transaction fee and SMS reminders as credits. Vekst (NOK 799/mo): 2,500 bookings/month, 3 users, included SMS, brand colors, pretty link and custom domain. Komplett (NOK 1,499/mo): everything in Vekst plus higher limits, more included SMS, and tracking links.
Why is a feature locked with “Upgrade required”?
Your plan does not include that feature. Click the prompt to view plans or open Settings → Subscription. Collaborators see the same gates based on the form owner’s subscription, not their own.
Why can customers not book anymore?
Each plan has a 30-day booking cap across your account: Free 0, Basis 250, Vekst 2,500. Only pending and completed bookings count — cancelled or deleted ones do not. The counter resets every 30 days from the start of your usage window. Upgrade for a higher limit, or wait for the reset.
How do I update my card or cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription opens Stripe’s portal. There you update payment method, view invoices, switch plans, or cancel. Changes apply immediately; access downgrades at period end per Stripe rules.
I paid but still see Free — why?
Checkout may still be pending. Open Settings → Subscription — if status shows pending, complete Stripe checkout or refresh after a minute. Contact support if it persists after successful payment.
How many booking forms can I create?
Start, Basis, and Vekst: up to 5 per account. You do not need to upgrade to add forms. Delete unused forms from the sidebar dropdown to free a slot.
Who pays for Vekst if I am a collaborator?
The form owner’s subscription controls plan features. Collaborators do not need their own paid plan to access a shared Vekst form — but they cannot manage billing unless they own the account.
Public booking & customers
What does the customer booking flow look like?
Customer opens your link → steps you configured (services, questions, date/time, contact) → accepts privacy consent (and optional marketing) → submits. They receive confirmation email with manage link and privacy portal link.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes — confirmation email includes a secure manage link (token-based). They change date/time or cancel until the booking is processed. Cancelled or changed bookings invalidate the old manage link; a new email is sent on reschedule.
Are customer changes blocked near appointment time?
Customers can change or cancel via manage link unless you handle it manually first. Late changes inside your notice window are flagged on Calendar but not blocked automatically on the public page.
How do customers exercise privacy rights?
Privacy link in confirmation email → self-service portal: download JSON data, request deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. Deleting data may cancel an upcoming appointment. Late cancellations may retain contact details until appointment end.
Why does my page say “Booking temporarily unavailable”?
Usually the form owner has not completed platform legal onboarding — finish it via the post-signup flow or Settings → Legal links. It can also mean the account hit its 30-day booking limit (Free 0, Basis 250, Vekst 2,500); the counter resets every 30 days. Preview (?preview=1) and manage links still work for you.
Can two customers book the same slot?
When the bookings-at-once limit is reached, the slot disappears for others. Choose Unlimited or a number from 1 to 20 in Settings → Custom. Unlimited means several people can book at the same time.
Why can customers not book today?
Check minimum notice hours in Settings → Custom — e.g. 24h notice hides same-day slots. Also verify opening hours, exception dates, advance booking window, and that slots are not fully booked.
Email & notifications
When do customers get confirmation emails?
Immediately after a successful online or manual booking (when email delivery is enabled). Contains appointment summary, manage link, and privacy link. Copy is from Customize → Email.
Do customers get email when I change a booking?
Yes for reschedules — when you or the customer changes date/time on a pending booking, Klarte sends the “updated booking” template from Customize → Email with a fresh manage link. Pure cancellations do not send a separate cancellation email today.
Which email address do confirmations come from?
Klarte sends on your behalf using your business email from Settings → Business as the reply context. Verify the address is correct and check spam if customers report missing mail.
Why are reminder emails not sending?
Enable Settings → Custom → Email reminder, set hours (1–168), and save. Reminders need a valid future appointment and business email. Cron runs periodically — brand-new bookings may get reminders slightly off the exact hour.
Customers say emails go to spam — what can I do?
Ask them to whitelist your business domain and check spam folders. New sending domains often need reputation building. Ensure business email in Settings → Business matches a domain you control.
Troubleshooting
No time slots appear on my booking page
Check Settings → Custom: opening hours, timezone, exception dates closed, slot length (5–480 min), gap, advance days, and min notice. Service duration must fit inside open hours. Complete legal onboarding. Ensure at least one future day is open and not fully booked.
Customers are not receiving emails
Verify business email in Settings → Business, check customer spam, confirm reminder toggle in Settings → Custom, and review Customize → Email templates. Test with a manual booking to your own address.
Custom domain verification fails
DNS can take up to 48 hours. Match CNAME/A records exactly to Settings → Domain. Remove conflicting records. If using Cloudflare, try DNS-only (grey cloud) until verified.
I keep getting signed out
Idle timeout defaults to 30 minutes. Allow cookies and site data. Private browsing or aggressive blockers can end sessions immediately. Multiple devices can stay signed in unless you revoke sessions in Settings → Security.
Embed code shows blank or errors on my site
Confirm Basis or Vekst plan, legal onboarding complete, and the iframe parent page allows embeds (no X-Frame-Options block). Use the script snippet from Customize for responsive sizing. Test the direct link first.
Analytics shows no data
Requires Basis or Vekst. Select a date range with activity. Visit metrics need marketing consent from bookers. New forms need traffic or bookings before charts populate.
Setup wizard will not complete
Ensure first name in Profile, business name set, and at least one opening-hours rule or open exception in Settings → Custom. Refresh Overview after saving each step.
Team invite was not received
Check spam. Invitee must use the email you entered. They need their own Klarte account to accept. Resend or revoke and re-invite from Access. Vekst plan required.
How do I contact Klarte support?
Email hjelp@klarte.no from Help Center (or any mail app). Include what you tried and any error messages. We reply to the email on your account — keep Settings → Profile up to date.
Bookings show at the wrong time
Align Settings → Business timezone with your real location. Re-check opening hours after timezone changes. Customers see slots in the form’s configured zone.
Calendar page shows upgrade prompt
Calendar requires Basis or Vekst. Free plan users see a plan gate. Upgrade under Settings → Subscription or wait if checkout is pending.
